Information you give us

Our quote request form asks for your name, an email address or phone number (at least one), your event's city and date, and a description of your event. You can also choose to tell us your company or organization, event type, venue, whether the setup is indoor or outdoor, preferred screen type, approximate wall size and dimensions, setup deadline, strike (teardown) time, and the services you're interested in.

Our contact form asks for your name, an email address or phone number, and your message.

If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your phone number or email address.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, some information is collected automatically:

• Google Ads tag. Google receives information such as the pages you view, the page that referred you, your IP address, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, and whether you completed a form. See Google Ads and advertising.
• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It records the page visited, the referring site, and general browser, operating system, device type, and country information. It does not use cookies.
• Hosting and content delivery. Like any website, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our images and fonts receive your IP address and browser information when your browser requests those files.

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your questions and quote requests;
• plan, price, and provide LED video wall rentals, delivery, installation, and on-site operation you ask us for;
• contact you about your request or event by email or phone;
• keep records of inquiries and the work we do;
• measure how well our Google Ads campaigns work, including which ads lead to a submitted form, and — where described in section 4 — show our ads to people who visited our site;
• understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and keep it secure and free of spam;
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Here's everything our public site places or uses:

Google Ads tag

Advertising cookies and identifiers (for example _gcl_au on our domain, and cookies on Google's own domains) used for conversion measurement and, where enabled, remarketing. Not strictly necessary for the site to work.

Vercel Web Analytics

No cookies. Page views are counted without storing an identifier in your browser.

Thank-you greeting

After you submit a form, your first name is kept in your browser's session storage so the confirmation page can greet you. It stays on your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is cleared when you close the tab.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site's pages and forms keep working if you do; our ability to measure advertising results does not.

We advertise with Google Ads, and every page of this site loads the Google tag (gtag.js). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a person's prior visits to this website or other websites. Through the tag, Google and its partners may:

• Measure conversions. When a form submission succeeds, you reach a confirmation page, and the tag reports that a conversion happened so we can see which ads led to an inquiry. The contents of the form are not part of that report.
• Remarketing. Depending on our Google Ads settings, your visit can add your browser to an audience list so that Google may show you our ads later on other websites and apps.

We have not set up enhanced conversions, a Google feature that sends hashed contact details (such as an email address) to Google for measurement. We will update this policy before turning it on.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland: for these regions the tag starts with advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad user data turned off. It does not set advertising cookies and sends only limited, cookieless signals.

Your advertising choices

• Turn off personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com.
• Opt out of personalized ads from many participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control in a supporting browser or extension. When our site sees that signal, it tells the Google tag not to use your visit for ad personalization or to share ad user data.

Opting out of personalized ads doesn't stop you from seeing ads, and it doesn't stop all measurement — you may still see ads based on things like the page you're reading. To learn how Google handles data, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Lead management. Form submissions go from our website straight to the lead-management system we use to track and answer inquiries. That system is operated by a company affiliated with ours and relies on its own hosting, database, and email providers to store your request and notify our team.
• Website providers. Vercel hosts the site and provides our analytics. Cloudinary delivers our images, and Google Fonts delivers our typefaces.
• Advertising. Google receives the information described in section 4.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
• Business changes. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide the services you request, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need them, we delete them or keep them only in a form that doesn't identify you.

Google and Vercel keep the data their services collect under their own retention policies.

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are sent from our servers to our lead-management system over an authenticated connection, and access to lead records requires a login. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@atlantavideowalls.com or call (678) 539-6102. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we're required to retain by law.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights — for example, to opt out of targeted advertising. You can use the advertising controls in section 4 at any time, and we will respond to requests as required by the laws that apply to us.

If you don't want to hear from us after an inquiry, just tell us and we'll stop.

Our site links to other websites, such as Google and GearDepot. Those sites are run by others under their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their practices.

This site is for people planning events and booking equipment. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We'll update this policy when our website, advertising tools, or practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
