LED Video Wall Rental in Atlanta
What an LED video wall is, how turnkey rental works, and how to choose the right one for your Atlanta event — delivered, built, and run by our team.
Overview
One seamless image, built from modular panels
An LED video wall is a display built from modular LED panels that tile edge-to-edge into a single, continuous image — no bezels, no seams. Because it's modular, the same system scales to nearly any width, height, or aspect ratio, so the wall is sized to your space rather than to a fixed screen. It's not a tiled grid of separate TVs, and “LED screen” is just a looser name for the same technology — what we rent are true seamless LED walls, one unbroken picture at event scale.

How rental works
Turnkey, from your first message to final strike
Renting an LED video wall with us is full-service. You bring the content and the event; we handle the wall end to end — nobody on your team ever touches the hardware.
You send your event & space
Your date, venue or site, and roughly what you picture. No specs required — the space and the audience tell us most of what we need.
We spec size, pitch & support
We size the wall to your space and viewing distance, recommend the pixel pitch and indoor or outdoor panels, choose ground-stacked or flown, and send an itemized quote.
We deliver, build & calibrate
Our crew loads in, assembles the panels into one seamless wall, and color-calibrates it before doors — you see a finished wall, not a construction site.
A technician runs it live
An on-site technician drives your content — slides, video, and live feeds — and troubleshoots in real time so your program never stalls.
We strike it after
When the event ends we power down and break the wall down completely. Nothing to return, store, or clean up.
How to choose
Five decisions size your wall
You don't need to know the specs — you just need the space and the event. Here's how we think through each choice, and where to go deeper for your event type.

Size & aspect ratio
Start from the space and the sightlines, not a screen size. The wall should read from the back row and fit the stage or backdrop it lives on — modular panels let us hit nearly any width, height, or ratio.
- 02
Pixel pitch (resolution)
The closer your audience sits, the tighter the pitch should be so the image stays crisp. For close-up, on-camera detail, a fine-pitch indoor wall holds detail at short viewing distances.
- 03
Indoor or outdoor
Indoor rooms want finer pitch and lower brightness; daylight and weather call for a bright, weather-rated outdoor LED wall that stays readable in the sun.
- 04
Ground-stacked or flown
Floor supports are simple and fast; flying the wall from rigging frees the floor and lifts sightlines. The venue's ceiling and load points decide what's possible — we recommend the safe option for your room.
- 05
Content & live camera
Plan the signal path early if you'll run live camera or magnify a speaker. For stage backdrops and IMAG side screens we map the feeds ahead of time.
What it costs
What shapes your rental cost
We quote by the factors below rather than a flat number, because no two walls are the same — then we itemize them so you can see exactly what drives the price.
- Wall size
- The square footage of panels is the biggest driver — a stage backdrop and a full-room wall are very different builds.
- Pixel pitch
- Finer-pitch panels pack more LEDs per foot, so higher resolution costs more than a mid-pitch wall for the same size.
- Indoor vs. outdoor
- Bright, weather-rated outdoor panels and their supports differ from indoor fine-pitch, so the environment shifts the build.
- Support & rigging
- Ground-stacked is the simplest; flown walls add rigging, motors, and labor to hang and secure them safely.
- Event duration
- A single-day event and a multi-day show carry different gear and crew commitments across load-in, run, and strike.
- On-site crew
- Delivery, build, an on-site technician for the run of show, and teardown are part of turnkey — scoped to your timeline.
Deciding
Rent vs. buy · LED vs. projection
Rent vs. buy
Rent for one-off or occasional events: no purchase, storage, transport, maintenance, or dedicated crew — and the right size and pitch for each specific event.
Buying only tends to pay off for a permanent install or an organization running very frequent events with its own AV team.
LED vs. projection
LED stays bright in ambient light and daylight, tiles seamlessly to huge sizes, and needs no throw distance — so it works where projection washes out.
Projection can still suit a dim room or a very large, budget-driven image where brightness isn't the constraint.
